PURCHASE

The purchases you make online are automatically imported to our system. We are not responsible for errors or mistakes made by you. In a rare case when the item you received does not match with the item listed on the invoice, please contact us at 201-797-3332. We will correct our mistake by sending you the replacement and a return label for you to send back the incorrect item. If you ordered the wrong item, please refer to Exchange and Return information below to make corrections.

We are trying our best to provide images of the product as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of the product and the limitation of the photographical technology, some colors or details of images may seem different from the actual products. We are not responsible for the deviations between the pictures and the actual item.

SHIPPING

We ship via UPS only. Special arrangement may be considered but not guaranteed if USPS is preferred. We do not ship to PO Boxes. The orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours provided if the items are in stock. For items that are out of stock, we will call you to either put on back order or take the items off the list.

The UPS tracking number will be sent to your email address automatically by the system AT THE END of the day when your order is shipped. If you do not recieve the tracking number or any communication from us two business days after you place your order, please contact us to confirm if we recieved your order. Please check both your inbox and spamming folder for the tracking number.

Due to the irregular shape of our products, shipping fees cannot be calculated automatically. It will be added on later when the order is processed. General guideline for regular ground shipping are summarized below.

Ground Shipping - The shipping charges can be estimated as the greater value of rule 1 and rule 2. For example, if the shipping charge is $11 based on rule 1 and $14 based on rule 2, then the shipping charge will be $14. This guideline only applies to the 48 continuous states within USA ((Please call for shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska.) It will be $10 extra for all orders to Canada.

Rule 2:

If the order contains a combination of mask and blade of any kind, or the order has a roll bag or cart, then:

For any express orders (3day, 2nd day and next day), please call us during the normal business hours to confirm the shipping charges. Express orders WILL NOT be processed until we can confirm the shipping charges with the customer. To avoid delays, it is IMPORTANT to provide us your cell phone number or the number where you may be reached during normal business hours as the shipping telephone.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Items never been used or damaged may be exchanged or returned for credit (back to your credit card) within 30 days after the items are shipped. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Final sale items are NOT entitled for exchange or return. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE after 30 days. RMA number MUST be obtained for ALL exchanges/returns. Please take the following steps to make sure your exchange/return take place smoothly:

  1. Please call us @ 201-797-3332 for RMA number. We will need the original invoice ID to process RMA number. (Invoice ID can be found on the upper right hand corner of your invoice receipt)
  2. Please send the items to be exchanged or returned to the address at the upper left hand corner of the invoice receipt. Please make sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Hint: It is always more helpful to put the note with your Name and telephone number in the box in which you send back. The telephone number must be where you can reached during normal business hours.

WARRANTY

Mask (BG, SG) -- All BG or SG masks are warranted against quality problem arise from normal wear and tear for 6 months from the date of purchase. We will either fix or replace a new mask during the warranted period. A generous discount will be offered for a new mask of the same type if the original purchase starts a quality problem after 6 months but before one year. Mask meshes are warranted for 12 months against 12 kg punch test.

Blades -- We offer free replacement of the same blade if it breaks within 2 weeks from the date of the receipt.

Shoes (Victory) -- We offer either repairing or exchange free of charge if quality problem arises within 2 months from the date of purchase.

Roll bags – We are NOT responsible damages caused by airlines. Please contact your airline company to claim your damages.
